SUAVO is an AI-powered dating and relationship coaching app. You share conversation context — by pasting messages or uploading screenshots — and SUAVO reads the situation, builds a behavioral profile of the person you're talking to, and coaches you on what to say, when to say it, and when to say nothing. It's not a message generator. It's a coaching layer that helps you understand her so you can show up as the best version of yourself.
Yes. Screenshots you upload are processed in memory and immediately discarded — they are never stored on our servers. Conversation data you share is stored securely in your account using encrypted storage with row-level security, meaning only you can access your data. Your data is sent to Anthropic (our AI provider) solely to generate coaching responses — they do not use it for model training. We never sell or share your personal data. The free plan gives you access to 2 contacts and 5 coaching sessions per day — enough to try the full experience. Premium ($11.99/month) gives you unlimited contacts, unlimited sessions, full SUAVO Knows behavioral insights, complete outcome timeline, and access to all coaching modes including Date Mode. You can upgrade anytime from within the app.
SUAVO subscriptions are managed through Apple. To cancel: open the Settings app on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → SUAVO → Cancel Subscription. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods, but you'll retain Premium access until the period ends.
You can delete your account directly in the app. Go to Settings → scroll to the bottom → Delete Account. You'll be asked to confirm. Once confirmed, all your data — contacts, coaching history, sessions, and account — is permanently deleted. This cannot be undone. If you have a Premium subscription, cancel it in your Apple Settings first to avoid future charges.
Yes. Open any contact → scroll to the bottom → you'll find both Archive and Delete Contact options. Archiving hides the contact from your home screen while preserving all coaching history. Deleting permanently removes the contact and all associated data including coaching sessions, intel, and momentum history. Deletion cannot be undone.
No. Screenshots are processed in memory only. The image is sent to our AI provider for text extraction, used to generate coaching, and then discarded immediately. We never store, save, or retain copies of your screenshots. Only the extracted coaching insights — not the images themselves — are preserved in your account.
First, try force-quitting the app and reopening it. If the issue persists, make sure you have a stable internet connection — SUAVO requires connectivity to generate coaching. If you're still experiencing problems, email us at legal@suavo.app with a description of the issue and your account email. Screenshots of the problem are helpful.
No. SUAVO's core principle is understanding, not manipulation. The goal is to help you communicate more authentically — to show up as the best version of yourself, not to trick someone into liking you. SUAVO actively refuses to generate messages designed to pressure, deceive, or manipulate. If someone has said no or asked you to stop, SUAVO will tell you to respect it. The product is built for people who genuinely want to connect.
On the login screen, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your account email. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive. If you signed up with Apple Sign-In, password reset doesn't apply — use the same Apple ID you originally used to sign in.
