SUAVO — Privacy Policy

SUAVO ("we", "our", "the app") is operated by Redline Labs LLC. SUAVO is a personalized texting coach that helps users improve their dating communication skills. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Information We Collect

Account information: When you create an account, we collect your email address, display name, and age. If you use Apple Sign-In, we receive the information you authorize Apple to share.

Profile preferences: During onboarding, you provide communication preferences (dating goal, reply speed, emoji usage, opener style, biggest struggle). These are used to personalize your coaching experience.

Contact information: You create contact profiles within the app containing names, platforms, age ranges, and notes about people you are communicating with. This data is stored in your account and is never shared.

Conversation data: When you use the coaching features, your messages to SUAVO and the AI coaching responses are stored to maintain conversation continuity and improve your experience.

Outcome data: You may log outcomes (such as dates scheduled) to track your progress. This data is used to personalize coaching and display your stats.

Screenshot Processing

Screenshots are processed in memory and immediately discarded. We never store, save, or retain the images you upload. Only the text extracted from screenshots is temporarily used to provide coaching, and the original images are deleted from memory immediately after processing.

When you upload screenshots for analysis, they are sent to our AI provider for text extraction only. The images are not stored on our servers, in our database, or in any persistent storage. We do not retain copies of your screenshots.

How We Use Your Information

AI Processing

SUAVO uses artificial intelligence to analyze conversations and generate coaching suggestions. Your conversation data is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) for processing. This data is used solely to generate your coaching responses and is subject to Anthropic's data processing terms, which prohibit using customer data for model training.

The AI coaching is personalized to your communication style and preferences. The AI does not make decisions on your behalf — all suggestions are recommendations that you choose whether to use.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Supabase, which provides encryption at rest and in transit. We use row-level security policies to ensure you can only access your own data. Authentication tokens are stored securely on your device using encrypted storage.

Data Retention

Your account data is retained as long as your account is active. Contact profiles you archive remain in the system to preserve your coaching history and statistics, but are hidden from your active view.

If you delete your account, all personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days. To request account deletion, email us at the address below.

Your Rights

Children's Privacy

SUAVO is not intended for users under the age of 17. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 17. If we learn that we have collected data from a child under 17, we will delete it promptly.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
