Welcome to SUAVO. By using the SUAVO app ("the app", "the service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. What SUAVO Is

SUAVO is a personalized AI dating and relationship coaching tool that helps users improve their communication skills. The app provides suggestions, analysis, and strategic coaching for text-based communications.

SUAVO is a coaching tool, not a guarantee. Our suggestions are recommendations based on AI analysis. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes in your personal relationships. You are responsible for all messages you choose to send.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use SUAVO. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep it up to date. You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use SUAVO for legitimate personal communication coaching. You may not use the app to:

Harass, stalk, threaten, or intimidate any person
Create or send deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading communications
Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others
Use the service for any commercial purpose unrelated to personal communication coaching
Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate the AI coaching system
Upload screenshots or content involving minors
Use the service to facilitate any form of manipulation, coercion, or abuse

5. AI-Generated Content

The coaching suggestions provided by SUAVO are generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for high-quality, contextually appropriate suggestions:

AI suggestions are recommendations, not instructions. You choose what to send.
We do not guarantee that any suggestion will achieve a desired outcome.
You are solely responsible for the content of messages you send to others.
The AI may occasionally produce suggestions that are inappropriate for your specific situation. Use your own judgment.
SUAVO does not provide professional relationship counseling or therapy.

6. Screenshots and Third-Party Content

When you upload screenshots of conversations, you represent that:

You are a participant in the conversations shown
You understand that the other person in the conversation has not consented to AI analysis of their messages
You will use the coaching insights responsibly and ethically
You will not upload content involving minors or illegal activity

Screenshots are processed in memory only and are not stored. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Conversation Context

SUAVO builds personalized coaching context based on the conversations you share with the app. This context is used to provide increasingly relevant coaching over time. You understand that:

All coaching context is derived from information you voluntarily provide
SUAVO does not access your contacts, messages, or any external data sources
You can delete any contact and all associated coaching context at any time
Coaching context represents the app's analysis of information you provided, not independently verified facts

8. Subscriptions and Payments

SUAVO offers free and premium subscription plans. Premium subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store:

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings
No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
Prices may change with reasonable notice

9. Intellectual Property

The SUAVO app, including its design, AI coaching system, prompts, and content, is owned by Redline Labs LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our service without written permission.

Content you create within the app (contact profiles, notes, conversation history) remains yours. We claim no ownership over your personal data.

10. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI SUGGESTIONS WILL BE APPROPRIATE FOR EVERY SITUATION.

SUAVO IS NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL RELATIONSHIP COUNSELING, THERAPY, OR MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES. IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING RELATIONSHIP DIFFICULTIES THAT AFFECT YOUR MENTAL HEALTH, PLEASE SEEK PROFESSIONAL HELP.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REDLINE LABS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PERSONAL RELATIONSHIP OUTCOMES.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases and your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles.
